- For Figma Converter: Figma account with your email designs
- For Deployment: Klaviyo account with admin access
Create Your Account
Visit Registration Page
Go to https://app.clivo.email/register
Enter Your Information
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Password (min 8 characters with uppercase, number, and special character)
- Company Name (optional)
Accept Terms
Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Verify Email
Check your inbox for a verification link and click it to activate your account

Set Up Your Brand Kit
Keep your branding consistent across all emails by setting up your brand kit.
How to Set Up
- Navigate to Settings > Brand Kit
- Upload your company logo (PNG or JPG, max 50KB)
- Select your brand colors (primary, secondary, accent)
- Define your brand fonts
- Enter company information (name, tagline, social links)
- Click Save

Your brand kit information will automatically appear in all emails you create, saving you time on every campaign.
Using Figma Converter
Transform your Figma email designs into responsive HTML that works across all email clients.
Prepare Your Figma Design
- Frame width: 600px (standard email width)
- Use web-safe fonts
- Organize layers with clear names
- Export images in PNG or JPG format
Convert Your Design
Open Figma Converter
Click "Figma Converter" in the navigation menu
Connect Figma
If not connected, click "Connect Figma" and authorize access
Select Your Design
Browse your Figma files and select the design you want to convert
Choose Frame
Select the specific frame containing your email design
Configure Settings
- Select target email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.)
- Choose image optimization level
- Enable/disable responsive design
Convert
Click "Convert to Email" and wait 3-6 minutes
Review & Save
Preview your email, make any adjustments, and save to your library
Credit Cost
Figma conversion costs up to 70 credits per email, depending on complexity.
Best Practices
- Use standard web colors (avoid gradients when possible)
- Keep total file size under 100KB
- Test in multiple email clients before sending
- Add alt text to all images
Connect Your Klaviyo Account
Before You Start
- You need an active Klaviyo account
- You need admin access to your Klaviyo workspace
Connection Steps
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations
Find Klaviyo
Locate the Klaviyo card in Available Integrations
Click Connect
Click "Connect Klaviyo Account"
Name Your Connection
Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Primary Marketing Account")
Authorize in Klaviyo
You'll be redirected to Klaviyo. Review the permissions and click "Allow"
Confirmation
You'll be redirected back to Clivo with a success message
Security Note
Clivo uses industry-standard OAuth 2.0 with PKCE. Your Klaviyo credentials are never stored on our servers.
Export Emails to Klaviyo
Deploy Your Email
Select Email
Open the email you want to export from your library
Click Deploy
Click the "Deploy" button in the top-right corner
Select Platform
Choose "Klaviyo" from available platforms
Choose Account
Select which connected Klaviyo account to use
Configure Settings
- Template Name: Name for the template in Klaviyo
- From Email: Sender email address
- From Name: Sender name
- Subject Line: Email subject
- Preheader Text: Preview text
Deploy
Click "Deploy to Klaviyo"
Success!
You'll receive a confirmation with a direct link to your template in Klaviyo

Deployment is free! It costs 0 credits to send your emails to Klaviyo.
Understanding Credits
Clivo uses a credit-based system for platform features.

- Unused credits remain available if subscription is canceled

Common Questions
How do I reconnect my Klaviyo account?
Go to Settings > Integrations, find your Klaviyo connection, and click "Reconnect".
Why did my conversion use more credits than expected?
Credit usage depends on email complexity. Emails with more images and complex layouts use more credits.
Can I use templates I've exported in Klaviyo flows?
Yes! All exported templates appear in your Klaviyo Templates library and can be used in campaigns and flows.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase more credits anytime from Settings > Billing. Your existing emails and connections remain active.
